Individuals can return a product within 14 days of receipt. Please contact Bluelink to receive return instructions along with an RMA code as confirmation. The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer.
For businesses
Business customers also have 14 days to return products. The conditions and any fees, such as a restocking fee, depend on the type of product and the circumstances. Please contact Bluelink to receive further instructions along with an RMA code as confirmation. The cost of the return shipment is the responsibility of the customer.
